"My daughter was looking for apartments in this area. Upon touring several apartment complexes, and being highly disappointed from the level of customer service, apartment units, and distance to her job, we decided to view the Emerald. I am proud to say, she found her new home! We met with 2 staff members. They were so helpful throughout the entire process. They made us feel like we were family, and genuinely happy to work with us to get the apartment. The living grounds were well maintained. I couldn’t find anything out of place if I wanted to! I even met the maintenance guy, and he was very friendly. Granted, the apartment complex was a 100/100 alone! Working with Maranda and Kayla sealed the deal. Customer Service is truly important to me. Their level of professionalism was nothing shy of outstanding. I recommend anyone relocating to this area look them up before considering any other place home. Not enough stars in the universe I can give the Emerald."
